How are your products made?
Our products are all made right here in the U.S. by local production partners, helping us reduce waste and uphold sustainable practices.
ORDERS & SHIPPING
I placed an order, but what if I want to make an edit?
If you wish to make changes to your order, please contact us as soon as possible at support@solrefined.com. We will do our best to notify our production partners of any changes. However, once production has started, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before finalizing to ensure everything is accurate.
How long does shipping take?
All of our products are made to order. Once we receive your order, our production partner will begin production. For personalized orders, our designers will start working on the design within 10 hours after the order is placed, and the customized design file will be sent to production.
Please refer to the product page for the latest updates on production and shipping times. The estimated shipping time for U.S. mainland is generally between 5-10 business days.
Will I receive my items all at once?
Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, items in your order may be shipped separately. Here’s how it works:
- Production Times: Each item is produced individually once your order is placed. Production times can vary based on the type of item and whether it is personalized. The latest updates on production can be found on the product page under the Shipping & Processing section.
- Separate Shipments: If you order multiple items, they may be completed at different times. To ensure you receive each item as soon as it’s ready, they may be shipped separately.

Shipping Notifications: You will receive separate shipping notifications and tracking numbers for each package. This way, you can track the progress of each item as it makes its way to you.
- Estimated Delivery: The estimated delivery time for each item will be provided in its respective shipping notification. Generally, items shipped to the U.S. mainland will arrive within 5-10 business days after they are dispatched.
We currently ship to the U.S. and Canada and are working on expanding to international shipping. Stay tuned for updates!
Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes on international orders?
Customs duties and taxes may apply to international orders. These fees are determined by your local customs office and are beyond our control. Since customs policies differ by country, we recommend checking directly with your local customs office to find out if duties and taxes will apply to your purchases.
Do you offer gift wrapping and/ or gift messages?
Unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping or gift messages as we do not produce or ship the products ourselves.
What do I do after I receive my blankets?
For specific care instructions, please visit the product page. Generally, we suggest washing your blanket upon arrival. Machine wash on a gentle cycle with cold water, then hang to dry or tumble dry on low heat.
If you detect a slight odor, this is normal. To reduce it, air the blanket out in a well-ventilated space for 1-3 hours or wash it before use.
I received a damaged product. What should I do?
We apologize if your product arrived damaged or incorrect. Please email us at support@solrefined.com with your order number, photos of the product, and any relevant details. We’ll respond with a resolution as quickly as possible.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
What is your return policy?
As each blanket is custom-made, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us at support@solrefined.com, and we’ll be happy to assist you.
We strive to provide a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we will work with you to resolve any issues promptly.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are only offered in the event you receive the incorrect or damaged product. In such cases, please contact us at support@solrefined.com with your order number and photos of the incorrect/damaged item(s). We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Can I cancel my order?
All of our products are made to order. After receiving your order, we will send it to production within 24 hours. For personalized orders, our designers will begin working on the design within 10 hours of receiving your order, and the customized design file will be forwarded to production. Once production has started, we are unable to change or cancel the order. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase to ensure it is correct.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
Currently, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about which size is best for you, please check out our sizing charts on the product page. We’re here to help, so feel free to reach out if you have any questions!
